S008 series valve gearbox
The series consists of 14 models, with gear ratios ranging from 43:1 to 3525:1, and torque ranging from 720NM to 150000NM.
-A quarter-turn gearbox for manual installation, maintenance and operation of valves in pipelines (such as butterfly valves/ball valves/cock valves).
-Optional IP65, IP67 and IP68 protection levels
-Optional housing materials, including cast iron, ductile iron

Connect the bottom flange of the gear operator to the upper flange of the valve, and then slide the valve shaft into the hole on the worm gear. Tighten the flange bolts. Turn the hand wheel clockwise to close the valve, and turn the hand wheel counterclockwise to open the valve. On the upper surface of the gear operator, position indicators and position marks are installed, through which the position of the switch can be directly observed. The gear operator is also equipped with two mechanical limit screws, which can be adjusted and used to limit the position of the switch limit position.

Gear operators are presented with IP 67 graded protection and optional with IP 68. They can match with a number of valves used in oil and gas pipelines, underground pipeline networks, and chemical, hydro-electric generation, thermal power generation, and shipping industries, including the butterfly valve, ball valve, plug valve, blast gate, globe valve, and gate valve that rotate 90° or 360°.
